Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are only eligible within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us at daffodildressup@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Please mention your order number and the product details like Item name, size etc.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Exchanges will only be processed, once our quality team has inspected the item to be exchanged and confirmed it meets our criteria.
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will provide you with store credit for the value of your purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the original item. We do not provide return labels.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance or custom-made cannot be exchanged.
Return Policy
At Daffodil DressUp, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for return only within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at daffodildressup@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please mention your order number and the product details like Item name, size etc. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs as we do not provide return labels.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Refunds will only be processed, once our quality team has inspected the returned item and confirmed it meets our return criteria.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance or custom-made cannot be returned.
- Exchange Option: If for any reason you are unable to raise a return within 24 hours, we will be happy to exchange the product with any other item of the same or greater value.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). You must submit a video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item for our team to process your request. We will provide a shipping label for the return in these cases.
